first sealing the gaps and corrosion sensitive places.
There was some difference in height that I fixed. Now I’m happy otherwise I would regret.
Close to perfect
Needed to make a small incision to be able to bend it a bit.
After it was bended in the correct shape the gap was welded.
Put an amount of sealer on it.
And it’s squeezed out while fitted.
Applied extra sealer on top.
And ready for welding
Welded together !
